Model B-60 Pressure Batch Sampler for Liquid Particle Counters 

The B-60 is designed to provide accurately controlled, pressurized sample flows to sensors from bottled liquids. All wetted parts are Teflon for compatibility with corrosives as well as solvents. The operator controls flow rate, pressure and sample volume from a single panel. Sampler is compatible with all common particle counters and is designed for ease of use and safety. Meets CI-88 specifications.

Accuracy:

  • Pressure feed and back pressure valve eliminate errors from bubble formation
  • High accuracy electronic measurement of flow rate and sample volume
  • Sensor lift allows sampling from any level of the sample bottle

  • Easy to use front opening chamber, no need to tip or lower sample bottle
  • Sample tube lift prevents spray during bottle changes
  • Mechanical and electronic pressure and overflow shut-offs

  • Panel mounted controls for flow rate, pressure, sampling and mode
  • Multi-cycle run mode allows preset number of samples for each sample bottle
  • Continuous flow mode for faster sampling after flow rate is set
