- Our A2LA Accreditation
(Cert. No. 1362-01) verifies our competence for the methods listed in
the scope of our accreditation, and that we are in compliance with
ISO/IEC Guide 17025 for good laboratory practice. All test engineers
are periodically certified on a method-by-method basis to ensure their
proficiency. All instruments are held to rigorous calibration standards
set forth by the A2LA. We keep neat and accurate lab records to ensure
that accuracy of data is preserved from the time of recording to when
you receive your report.
- All E-Mailed
data can be sent in a digitally signed PDF format. We provide you with
the unique fingerprint of our certificate, allowing you to verify the
document's authenticity.

- You can choose
which methods we use to inform you of your results, and how we use
them. We can ensure, for example, that you are present at your fax
machine before results are faxed, or we can encrypt E-Mail messages. It
is important to us that you be comfortable with the means we use to
deliver your results.
- We offer secure
storage and disposal of test samples and data.
- Nondisclosure
agreements are required of all of our employees. If you request it, we
can also sign a nondisclosure agreement of your choosing (e.g. your
corporate NDA)
